Photographs and other visual content created by Luminous Lens Studio for clients are subject to specific copyright agreements. While clients receive usage rights to the photographs for agreed-upon purposes, Luminous Lens Studio retains the copyright to the images unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Any unauthorized use of our copyrighted material may result in legal action.

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Luminous Lens Studio does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

The outcome of photography sessions can be influenced by various factors, including environmental conditions, client cooperation, and unforeseen circumstances. We are committed to working closely with our clients to achieve their desired results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

In no event shall Luminous Lens Studio, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Site or our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not Luminous Lens Studio is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Luminous Lens Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during photography sessions. Clients are responsible for the safety and security of their personal items while on location or in our studio. We recommend leaving valuable items at home or securing them appropriately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Luminous Lens Studio for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Los Angeles County, California. By using the Site or our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
